The
College In And Out (CIAO) Program aims to educate low-income
families about the college application process. Co-founded
by Lori Manning and LaShanda Henry, C.I.A.O. aims to correct
the popular misconceptions about the accessibility of
higher education to underprovided youth and help these
students make informed decisions about their future.

is currently online. It is a great place for African American
High School and College Students to learn about resources
and academic / career opportunities in the community.
